I have no idea why i keep losing againist weak player with lower bonus, lesser heroes, weak weapon. They have no LE weapon, and many heroes of them just buying new! Why??? I that only me problem or system problem?

Bad tactics and strategy are entirely as important. As are luck and charisma. Having just better stuff does not assure you any kind of victory.

No, offensive i usual win, but defensive, have no idea why i have 71000 def but losing some guy has only 46000 atk/def ?

You're winning offense, so are they. Offense is typically easy while defense sucks fairly regardless of what you use since human>AI

AI is dumb. Use heroes and gears that are AI-friendly. Perfect example would be Ares during the previous season. His 2 passives does not require any algo/logic on the AI's part and he rotates his skill usage very well.
