You're just not getting it. Your not supposed to be able to use it until Death and Rebirth has procced, but it is Broken! You can use it anytime you want. It is insanely overpowered to wipe out all buffs on the first turn. It makes protect heroes completely worthless.
It also makes it so easy to win as you can plan when to use it and wipe the enemy team.
It is a huge exploit and I am sure a lot of people have won matches because of it.
Ok here is why I dont get all of you guys complaining about this move. I have no characters over lvl 10. Which is Phoenix, storm, and witch. I make it to ada everytime and have no issues fighting against Phoenix. X23 survies this all the time and gets berserk which kills teams. My x23 is only lvl 7 becuz game wont let me train. I beat all Phoenix teams with shatterstar pyslocke. Panther pyslocke. Hercules and anybody. Ww hulk and anybody and storm and anybody. I am not understanding the problem?
She removes bleeding but can also die from bleeding after use. I just readd what ever she took awaynot a issue. Blade of guardians just resets back to what it was. Only moves I hate are stuns that how I loss not from no random damage Phoenix fire. It has never killed me or my team. Maybe u high rankers like et9 but not in the realm of 140
You are so dense. No one complains about the move, the move is fine. The AI uses it correctly and waits for D&R to proc before using it which is why it is not a problem, but if a player uses her you can use Pheonix Fire on the first turn of the game.

Lol again and I have said this in another thread I have faced ai Phoenix that used fire first move. So what I took it and murdered the team. What is the big deal? If u are trying to base it on how users are playing with her that is just plain dumb becuz aoe attacks are seemingly only used by users making x23 a bigger problem than Phoenix fire.and the way a user playy is gonna even more random than the ai. I just rather be hit with Phoenix fire first and not worry about it for 3 rounds than x23 lvl 2 bleeding my team out. Least soulfire proc once a round. And I can still add buff to it after being hit by it

And let me get this straight. So your saying that Phoenix fire which u jus said is used correctly by the ai. Is worse than a move that is spammed by the ai until you are dead or they recharge and is unaffected by Phoenix fire? Becuz if this is unaffected by Phoenix fire and can be spammed by the ai and is a aoe move with unremovable burning. Wouldnt that be more overpowered than Phoenix fire since its immune to Phoenix fire?

First off I thought the name sounded fimilar and 2nd quit whining, unless the item has a glitch that is causing crap then there really is no problem.
