With removal on trivial elements such as the infamous Need to Vent forum, MAATactics and the Suggestion forum, along with redefining of Content Policies done recently and increasing monitoring of Mobile threads to ensure their content abides by the rest of the wikis, it has became clear that Fanfiction, primarily "Fanworks" which are typically characters with MAA styled move sets or story lines not existent in the game are out of place. Though the content policies made allowances for this, they are contradictory to the rest of the policies so their future needs to be addressed.
The staff is divided on how to do this specifically, the three options considered (though we may be open to additional viable options) are:

{{VoteY}}: Remove all Fanworks, giving authors time to save and transfer any existing works. Before deletion commences, any new works being deleted in the meantime

{{VoteX}}: Introduce strict criteria for the allowed characters and required formatted in all fan works to fit the content policies. This criteria will be edited in shortly.

These will be implemented as part of new voting scheme to allow more community involvement in the future of the wikia. Voting Criteria will be drawn up shortly to ensure Newly created accounts solely for the purpose of skewing votes are not eligible.
