Do I remember someone (PKB?) saying IF produces OSKO's, so that he and Havok can take 2/3's of the opponent on first round. I don't see that.

let me try to explain
there is diffrent bettwen meta in diffrent lvls
for example on lvl 10-50 hero health is roughly 500-1000 and atack power is 100-200
on lvl 100-200
Health 35k, and atack power is 5-7k
on lvl 300
health is 60k and atack power is 14- 24k
so OSHKO are way common on lvl 200 than lvl 50...
PP: yes bonus atack is % bassed
