<p>One thing I won't miss is Faiza + C&D teams. With a high enough defensive armory, these fights (at least for me) could be either this or this. </p>

<p>I spent my 2000 Gold reforging my Rook, Phoenix Flare and Vigilante Toolkit and putting tons of store E-ISOs and A-ISOs on my favorite heroes. I also gave them Refined Reactives. Now I only have 10 Gold. </p>

<p>Favorites: </p><p>Generalist - RSH, followed by Silk. </p><p>Blaster - Thor, Vision, Deathlok and Electro stand out the most to me. </p><p>Bruiser - Juggernaut, Ronan and Richard Rider (The Worthy would have been too obvious IMO). </p><p>Infiltrator - Satana and Morbius. </p><p>Scrapper - Spitfire, Ghost Rider and Phyla-Vell. </p><p>Tactician - Moonstone, Magneto, Black Panther and Superior Spidey who I always thought was a bit underrated. </p><p>Note that these mostly aren't based on effectiveness (but if they're in a really bad spot, then I  obviously won't enjoy using them as much - hence why Thane isn't on the list). </p>

<p>IMO the Pulse was either the abrupt destruction of a universe that started the Incursions in the first place (the Incursions themselves didn't reach the MAA universe until season 2) or Cul breaking out of his cage, which was possibly made out of/reinforced with ISO-8 - so when he shattered it, it caused ISO-8 to be sent flying through the universe. Another possibility is that he created ISO-8 and sent it to Earth specifically so that Heroes and Villains would fight over it, causing fear among civilians (which kind of backfired for him in the end, given that an un-ISOed team wouldn't be able to take him down). </p>

<p>The new gear set is great, at least in PVE. </p>

<p>Well, it gives the story an actual ending, for one. Also, I'm pretty sure it would actually cost them money to keep the game up on Facebook. And it would probably take some time (and, again, money - which Disney seemingly doesn't want to supply anymore) to rewrite the game to even remotely function without an internet connection. </p>

Not really... the dialogue after the SO reaffirms that it's the end.

<p>A shame we didn't get another PVP tourney. Could've tested out Phyla better in actual PVP. Also, we still haven't gotten this weapon. </p>

<p>Marvel Heroes is pretty good. Far, FAR more grindy than this (so many currencies, so many events), but it can be quite fun. </p>

<p>To anyone who hasn't finished the Spec Op yet: It's worth playing through. You can skip any task you want, they give so much gold they more than make up for it. The ending is something you really need to see to believe. That last text box... </p>

I really hope that happens.

<p>I just wanted this game to have a satisfying end, with all of the problems being solved. </p>

<p>AFAIK MAA 2 is canon, and the Incursion problem is still left unresolved in that game. </p>

RIP dreams of MAA getting to end all of its plotlines.

<p>Remember when MAA Tactics shut down and was made not canon? </p><p>If this happens to MAA 2 as well, Season 3 could very well provide us with an ending to the Incursion storyline. </p>

<p>The Brutal Strike immunity provided by Faiza can be kind of buggy - A combination of Spitfire's L6 and the Rapier follow-up can sometimes KO someone with the Back for More effect (the green one). </p><p>As an aside, Mystical and Measured on Spitfire make her incredible against the hordes of Ethereal C&Ds. </p>

IMO it could very well be some kind of spell that keeps the Worthy's host body from disobeying. It would make sense given the context of its use in Chapter 12.
