More seriously It's strange to release such a content in the middle of a PvP Tournament.
Strange and cashplayer oriented at the same time, which is never a bad choice for the economy of a game in fact.
But great content comes with great grinding abilities lol. Let's see what this new content gives to us, how level 15 will change the things. It is a possible Meta Changer in a way. So I'm willing to see it fast too ^^
It's true that MockingBird's mechanics on her changes of classes is the central question about this Alt, but they managed to make a great one for Rogue. I don't know if MockinBird will get Classy Lady as a passive, I imagine more something that would give her a class benefit when attacked or attacking an Unworthy ennemy, or something like this. all in all I can't wait to see this new mechanic that will come. I found the Worthy Alts very interresting considering the work done on them. With new mechanics, that has proved to be really strong in the past (and still are... Nul and Kuurth are good exemples). Just wait and see now to analyse the Worthy Mockingbird.
From what Mmjrules posted, it seems that they ported MAA Tactics on Mobile.
I don't really think they would do a Second game called MAA while the first one hasn't come to an end yet.
Unless they migrate our B accounts on mobile version, which could be interresting for sure. And then make a MAA : 2 only for mobile
*Ultron upgrade -> ok, but I'm still hoping for a new villain, like Claw.
- Hulkbuster is the reward -> I didn't liked, but as it's something unique and may never happen again... ok.
- Alts for Vision, Scarlet Witch and quicksilver -> nice!
- Alts for Black Widow and Hawkeye -> why?
- Alts for Captain America, Thor and Hulk -> WWWWWHHHHHYYYYY? SERIOUSLY!!! WWWWWHHHHYYYY?!?!??!?!?!
- CTs for the alts -> meh... more effort spent on alts = less effort spent of new chars. I really don't like this deceleration of characters releases as there are still tons of great choices to join the game.
Why the alts is a question that will be answered in the movie (at least for some of the characters).
About the Deceleration of new heroes, well let's face it, it's a Tie In Spec Op, as such, it is featuring characters that ARE actually in the movie.
An alt for Iron Man with the Hulkbuster is a very interresting thing, a new and unique mechanic.

Well people already though of a way to counter Nul without this upcoming nerf. But still it's good that he counters with L2 instead of L1.
Counter with Fatal blow has always been an issue.
But seriously, to the people who whine on this hero, get a THIS IS SPARTA or corner him, I don't know, but don't ever wait on a nerf to handle a hero.
The way to win PvP is to understand the meta and adapt to the major situations.
@SBAHJ with the current line-up he has, it's probably better to turn to one goal at a time and not 2. The original subject was about PvP Gold ranking. So I answered PvP wise and nothing else. If Going for PvP, then Chase can wait till he's 200 CP because he won't be a PvP top tier hero, and the heroes needed for the current PvP tournament aren't helping either.
In the end I tend to think that the best bet for PvP Gold Ranking could eventually buying Groot and Gamora, as they can be effective in both offense and defense, but I don't know the difficulty of gold ranking in PvP for a level 146.

Gold league or Higher are gonna be a hard way to get to with this small selection of heroes.
But you can make some tries.
My first idea would be about your plans for future. I see you wrote you were going to buy Karolina Dean, Nico Minoru, Karnak and Cannonball.
I'm not really sure they are the best suited heroes.
And this is for multiple reasons.
1) They aren't in the top tier PvP pool, which means they won't help you much on your goal for now.
2) They do not seem to be oriented in a specific goal.
I explain myself on the second part.
If you're going to buy heroes, then you can maybe focus on a goal you could reach with this heroes, such as going for Season 2 rewards.
This is a spreadsheet i made for myself when i was trying to get some heroes for season 2 rewards. I choosed my goals that way. I placed the element you gave is in it so it is initialised with your values.
I still need to add the last 2 chapters of season 2 in it.
It will show you how much CP is needed to get some goals of season 2 and you will be able to select the champions you want wisely that way.
I you can get Nul's outfit, it will help you greatly in PvP.
My spreadsheet used to have a PvP Bonus sheet, but it's not working anymore with the new system, I need to make this improvement for it.
the more heroes you'll have, the best you'll become in PvP. Same thing with hero levelling.
But the most accurate for PvP is to select the heroes to play.
With your current pool, I think Quicksilver and Iron Fist are the ones that can help you as they both have igh level and can benefit of each other. Sure they won't combine with the elemental set, but they will combine with each other.
This alt was already the one and only I wanted since 2 years, just for the skin. Now... I have more reasons to go for it.
Spec Ops never take all our gaming time right ?
We still have long time to fill this Spec Op, while we do our Christmas Daily. I admit I was a bit too "inside" this spec op and did only 2 fights on the daily map, but the actual events are awsome, so I won't complain.
Crystal seems really strong, Black Bolt Refactor is awsome, level 300 getting gold and energy refill : Awsome.
So Thanks to the devs, it's just an awsome end of year on MAA.
2014 as probably been the best MAA year so far, with the themed heroes (Warrior Three, Gardians, X-Force Alts, Inhumans), the new PvP System, the Spec Op 22 and its unique features, the Christmas event... I liked this year.

I'm still wondering if this is a prick or a treat, but it's not the right time of year for this, so it must be true. Now I spent gold just for buing her RIGHT NOW ! And i'm leveling her as fast as I can.
It was working again something like 4 hours ago. But As I went back to work, I haven't checked in the last 4 hours lol.
They can't make he same thing year after year. They prolly want to surprise us all, so it could explain the fact that no Lockboxes tasks were released yet for something like a "Christmas filled with doom".
Something is coming... And it's gonna be great, I'm pretty sure of this.
I understand your point PKB. Meanwhile, I found this new system a bit more "solid" on matchmaking. I tend to see my ranking pretty easily.
What I mean is that when i'm ranked at a %age > 2, my attacks are easy wins.
When i'm in fights <0.5%, it's ultra hard to win, not cause of stratgey but cause of the armory/heroes of my opponent being way better than mine.
tho it's true that people < level 300 are a bit excluded from the top ranking. This should be changed for sure.
What I wanted to point out is that I find matchmaking giving me pretty interresting fights when i'm between 2% and 05%
And so I stay in this range.
In the old system... I saw myself going from 45% to 15% without having any kind of coherence in the fights.

Well that's what I faced more.
I'm still not sure about my offense team but gamora is really interresting in this new meta imho.
I can't tell for level 290- as i'm level 300.
Getting to Diamond/Vibranium as level 300 worked easily for me so far, but I lack few heroes and I trained mine at good levels focussing on Tacticians and Blasters so far.
My Armory isn't bad for a non gold spender, this leaves me with a 10k HP offence team, with Star-Lord and Gamora, whom I should re-iso to get all her accuracy out, as she has the guardian's movie outfit.
I got tired of skulls when i had 12 of those. I spent 2 days on this task then bought the 3 last skulls.
Now on last task, i'll go on deploys of M1 for the last Oozees. So far I collected 8 of those. It should prolly be alright for both heroes I guess.
I have been really surprised about the Gorgon being needed for Deploy. I was farming CPs to get the last 2 Spec Op chars I haven't been able to recruit while their Spec Op were active (Magik and Ghost Rider), but instead I spent my CPs in Gorgon. But at the same time, there is still Chapter 7 of Season 2 that wields some Gold and CPs, aswell as tasks in Spec Op 22.
The thing that surprises me the most is the price of the CT heroes, that went from 90 CP to 200. I hope it doesn't stay that High.
Staying On the Spec Op 22 Subject, i'm currently at task 11, the research is complete but I need to go back at home to confirm and go on to task 12 ^^ I hope I'll be able to get some Iso to go on the second mission and complete the task up to Task 16, tho I'm pretty sure I won't have enought Isos to launch the search.
As for Morbius tasks, i'm collecting the Ooze : 3/20, gonna be long but still pretty doable.
