There is a rebirth of the game that is live. It's called Marvel Avengers Alliance Redux. But MAA, the original, has been dead since 2016.

Right now, this beta is an internal tester build only. Goofy recently converted the project to being Unity based instead of Flash. This made development easier BUTTTTT, all the animations had to be redone...from hand. Well, thanks to a free utility, they can now be converted automatically instead.
