<p>Nope because Havok is necessary to be in X-23's path.  </p>

<p>and If you want to add other heroes to mission 2 selene path to distrbute them to Death & beast you will have to beat mission 1 and If you want to distrbute new heroes to beat Famine & war You'll have to beat mission 2 (living monolith path) </p><p>I hope that helped  </p>

Some are obviously very nice and are still used today (Signpost, Guardian of Attilan, Mahayuga, etc.), but they tend to be usurped by the next big thing. I remember when Brute was such a big deal. It was the only item I actually spent Gold on respins. Now I don’t even use Brute.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Me personally, I wouldn't bother trying so hard for the scepter. In fact, I stopped playing the Spec Op once I got Moonstone and Nico. But I'm in a different situation than you. I have some decent weapons that I use. While I wouldn't mind getting the scepter (and I'll probably run that mission a few times with all these residual uISOs I get on drops and roulettes), it won't faze me if I don't get it. On the other hand, how do you feel about your equipment? Do you have a good weapon already? If not, then the scepter would be a nice addition to your arsenal. But you're not even guaranteed to get it. You're not guaranteed to get 200 CPs either, but you have a greater shot of getting CPs.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">And there's nothing to say you can't farm for CPs and the scepter. It's not as efficient since it takes 90 energy to complete mission 1 and get two spins. Compared to 1.4.4, which needs 70 energy, or 1.12.2, which needs 20 energy, the Spec Op isn't the greatest use of your energy, but it's not bad if it gives you a shot at Command Points an d items.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The real cost to going for the scepter is that you still have to collect uISOs instead of Small Energy packs. You're giving up 100 free energy each day in order to complete half of mission 1. You'll have to gauge if that's worth it.
