In the last week i have submitted 5 tickets to playdom complainting about the lack of ally removal and asking to have my cap increased. I accidently sent one of these tickets to the facebook help with the remaining 4 to the ANDROID help. The facebook tickets was answered within the hour with a total of 10 back and forth communication trying to fix my problem. It was finally reaslized that the wrong group was helping me and the ticket was transfered to the ANDROID group. That was 2 days ago. That ticket is still waiting for assignment. The other 4 tickets are getting similar treatment. 2 of the tickets are still waiting for assignment and 2 where closed with the canned response "Dear Playdom Gamer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are always looking for ways to make our games more enjoyable and we will keep your feedback in mind for future game updates.
Thank you again for your message and for playing the game."
Even the follow up responses i sent were answered with the exact same canned response.
So if i was playing the facebook version my problem actually mattered....but since i play ANDROID all i warrant is a generic canned response.
