I don't know Karolina out of the game, but she can be Gender-fluid without being a shapeshifter and / or transgender. If she identifies, as male and female, either or both at any given time, if she wishes to do so that is what makes her gender fluid not what she has in her lower pixels =)

Karnak is one, no idea of the others. They mention 3 heroic battles, one is Molly [Mission 2] I assume Nico will also get one, and Karoline the other.
