I quit Contest of Champions, it required too much work to participate in the PVPs and I just burned out on the game. Right now I have been playing Duolingo and learning a foreign language. Right now I'm a level 9 in Swedish.

Some early random thoughts:

• The PVP seems clunky, you have to enter the name of the person you're challenging.

• It looks like your account is tied to your Google id, so it looks like you could play it on different devices (haven't tried it though)

• I have had the infinite loading screen and the game doesn't crash, but when you force close it and reopen it the hero that you had sent into battle loses 1/2 their health. I hope they fix at least one of those problems

• Hero recruitment appears to be randomized, which I imagine will be frustrating

• There is a counter on the daily reward letting you know how much time left until you can collect it again

boring, slow and repetitive? sounds like an improvement over MAA on Android.

It's taking about two hours to download this game, it looks like they're going to have to add server capacity

I saw a couple of reviews on the play store where people were saying that it stopped working for their device after an upgrade. There is no way they could have tested the game out on all devices before April 2014 when they last rolled out an update. And why? Because they are super protective of their intellectual property and it would be very cheap to change the load screen from ©2014 Marvel, ©2014 Playdom, Inc. to ©2015 Marvel, ©2015 Playdom, Inc.

I predict that we will get an update late December/early January, but the only thing it will do will be to update the copywrite; no lollipop support, no lockboxes, just an updated load screen.

I've just been enjoying the game for what it is and trying to play the heroes that I haven't had a chance to play, unlock their new moves, etc.

I think Pladom itself is on its last legs. If they had sold this game along with the other few they sold we would have been in better shape

I have one guy asking for a staffing request, but I can't seem to fulfill it. It keeps popping up even though I accept it.

Did anyone else have their daily reward reset early? I have been collecting mine from around 3-4PM and this morning I collected mine at 8AM

Hah, I meant the other UK based hero Union Jack. There has been an announcement that he is available since the start of the Rescue spec ops

Well the announcements are no longer telling me Captain Britain is now available so that's something right? </grasping at straws>

I think it's just poorly worded, I think they mean get marvel heroes for the bonus.

I thought that they release the hero from a few PVPs prior to starting a new one. I hadn't paid that much attention though, but I am pretty sure Agent Venom will be next

So Agent Venom PVP in a couple of hours?

This is because they launch PVP at 5PM EST and it ends at a 7PM EST so there are two hours where the ticker says 21 days. IF you can manage to start all of your daily fights before 7PM EST then you can get an extra roll of the roulette wheel.
