<p>Combat Reflexes, as long as it's active, works against all attacks from all enemies from any class. However, it won't work if the character with CR is off-balanced or if the aggressor uses a stealthy attack.  </p>

I suppose it's a matter of versatility. Omega Sentinel is arguably more "fun" than regular Sif.

All I can think of is Psy's passive during Season 3. First preemptive attack then preemptive migraine and back to the former again.

<p>Rating gained from wins depends on the rating of your opponent i.e. If you win against someone with a higher rating, you gain more rating and your opponent loses more rating but If you lose to someone with a higher rating you will lose less points than you might have when fighting another player with the same amount of rating. </p><p>The same thing occurs to you when fighting with someone who has a lower rating, only this time you'll be the guy with higher rating. </p><p>Percentage is calculated by the total amount of people with the same rating over the total of the tournament's participants. </p><p>As for ranks see the PVP Tournament 11 page </p>
