Nobody said that you have to buy them all.
Exactly. Or, at least not for now. Playdom has a habbit of re-releasing alts for purchase several months later, so if you're still trying to keep your head above water, buy only those you really, really like or, even, buy none at all and catch up later. Just because something is released for sale, doesn't mean you HAVE TO get it right now. Plan, prioritize.
K288, if your allies still haven't turned up, file a ticket.
Judgemeister, wait until PVP finishes until you file a ticket. I assume it's a server side error due to high traffic tonight, happens a lot.
Sure, we can start a new discussion, but it comes down to this... Movies are actually much more related to the game than the fanfiction ever was, in a way that the game was closely connected to every Marvel movie since the game came out. Special Ops, choice of PVP heroes, intertwined storyline (though a bit altered to avoid any major spoilers in the movie). Game is here to promote whatever Marvel is putting out these days. Also, talks about movies and other Marvel content generates more content, chat talks and posts than fanfics ever did.
Also, that was something people were saying when we no longer allowed anonymous comments and edits. Also, we heard it a lot when we shut down vent board. You can name any unpopular change you want, but the answer I can give you is that this Wikia is going strong as ever, no matter how unpopular some measures might be.
If those people decide to leave because they solely use this Wiki for something this Wiki is not, then I say - so be it. This Wiki existed before and will exist after fanfiction. It isn't used just to "look at info", it's used to discuss the content of the game, gameplay, heroes, upcoming improvements, getting accurate and useful information, and overall - to be about the game - not user's view of how game would've-should've-could've looked like just because i.e. Disney bought Lucas Films.
Most fan fiction blogs never get looked at or commented on, yet they clutter the blog feed and make it harder to find relevant guides, user opinions and anything else wiki users might write about the content that's actually in game.
With or without fanfic blogs, this Wikia will continue to generate over 100k unique visits per day. And since none of us is here for the money, and we're not spending any to host information about game, I don't see why we shouldn't follow this Wikia's main purpose.
Since this Wikia is a source of actual information about what's really in game, I believe it won't be hard for anyone here to diferentiate between someone's guide or gameplay experience/opinion blog and fan fiction.
The point of this conversation is not to proclaim fan fiction as bad, the point is to determine whether it should stay on this Wikia, because it's cluttering blog section and making it harder to access relevant, real information about the game.
I'm sorry if this view offends you, but M:AA Wikia has always been the place where we enforced content that was present, actual and correct, not what-could-have-been speculations. I realize those might be fun for a portion of Wikia users, but there's no reason for fan fiction blogs to be on this Wikia.
There is also no reason why users who like fan fiction could not use two Wikias at the same time - this one for relevant and up-to-date information about game, and the second one - for anything related to fan fiction and wishful thinking. Being active members in two Wikia communites isn't that hard, because it could be set up on the same platform as this Wikia and everything could be done so that transition goes as smooth as it can.
We will see what the community at this Wikia will decide and act accordingly.
I vote for moving fanfic to other sites.

The main argument seems to be "if you don't like it, don't look at it". However, I do enjoy reading game-based blogs and when you have to scroll through endless fanfic blogs to reach any actual gameplay experience, I'd say that fanfic at this point is merely a clutter and annoyance.
At the begining of fanfic movesets and Spec Ops, there were very few users who wrote those blogs and it seemed only logical to keep them here, because - what are you going to do - ask 3 users to form their own fanfic wikia? But the fanfic community grew over last year so much that fanfic started to clutter Wikia in a way that it's hard to find game-related blogs among all Silver Surfer fantasies.
I believe that fanfic community has grew enough for them to sustain their own Wikia and make this one a source of information about things that are actually in the game, which it is and always was intended to be.
Tactician Cyclops. Bruiser Colossus, Tactician Phoenix, Tactician Emma Frost.
Developer's note states, among other things, that players will be matched by hero and armory bonuses once the patch kicks in.
I didn't say they don't deserve it, I said they're not entitled to it. The entitlement I'm talking about is seen in numerous Wikia, Facebook and forum posts made by low level players who are whining (because there's no better word for it) about not being able to get Adamantium or Vibranium. And also, sandbaggers are the ones who are ruining game for low level players, not high level players as we are not being matched with them (yet).
The good thing about level capped tournaments is scaling everyone down to same level. It will entice players to stop sandbagging (again, no one will be forced to stop sandbagging, but it won't be so lucrative anymore) and it will encourage others to level up without fear of approacching sandbag levels (60, 100...) or being matched with 300's once they hit lvl 270. I don't believe that developers had sandbagging in mind when they made the game because, like you said, they're taking away lot of fun out of the game - for themselves and others alike. And the game without fun is a game without revenue.
And the last thing, unless you're 300, you don't know what it's like to constantly fight against players who are as good as you - with full rosters, high level heroes, high PvP bonuses, lots of weapons - and then seeing someone at lvl 60 with only 10% of game experience and knowledge, who's beating new players and pretending to be a great player, when in fact he/she really is just a sandbagger swimming in a kids pool and preying on low levels. Every lvl 300 player deserves their ranking and reward ten times more than anyone on lvl 60 or 70.
We'll see how sandbaggers do against those they can't prey upon. I don't believe they'll like the outcome after all that time they spent making game boring so they could beat someone with 15 heroes.
So, you basically want lvl 40 player to achieve same high league as someone who has played for two years and reached level 300? I'm sorry, I missed something here. Are the new players entitled to Vibranium and Adamantium leagues somehow?
I've been logging my 12.2. runs since July 22nd. These are the results for CP:
136 runs or 12.2., 278 CP, 2.04 CP per run.
111 CP from Zemo fights, with average of 0.81 CP per fight.
167 CP from Viper fights, with average of 1.22 CP per fight.
12.2. hasn't been nerfed.
Yes. The question is, do you have CP?
Using 3rd party programs to get advantage in game is considered cheating.
Crunions, keep antagonism away from forum posts, please.
And also, there were two all-wikia warnings highlighted for all registered users.
You can post the guide again, as long as you don't mention anything that falls into the category of cheats.
Like the small, medium, large and full energy, those are tokens you can use to replenish your battles bar in PVP section of the game.
I was refering to this:
We agreed that problem wasn't in BlueStacks and that the original post got removed because of the promoting 3rd party program which was automating one part of the game, which is considered cheating. So, we weren't sullying the thread, it was one of the subjects all the time.
I thought we have just resolved that. Read entire thread, please.
