SpecOp 12 - Dark Reign

Briefing - A massive industrial accident has caused the World Security Council to consider overruling S.H.I.E.L.D.'s defense mandate. Put simply: they're trying to push us out, and they're using teams of villains to do it. Crazy? Yes. Effective? Not if we have anything to say about it.

Spec Op 12 Reward Hero: Ares

Bio – As the Olympian God of War, Ares is one of the most brutal and fearsome warriors of all time. He is a genius-level military tactician and a master of all weaponry, both ancient and modern. Though his half-brother Hercules may be stronger, Ares is meaner, and he isn't shy about demonstrating it.

  • Chance to retaliate when an ally is hit by single-target attacks
• Self Passive : Ten-Thousand-Yard Stare
  • Chance to preemptively counter enemy attacks with Intimidated and Broken Will, greatly reducing the damage of the incoming attack

  • Hemorrhaging Attack
    • Causes all applications of Bleeding to trigger

    • Takes increased damage from Slashing attacks

    • This effect can be applied 3 times
    • Lasts 3 Rounds

    • Takes increased damage from Bleeding

    • Removes and prevents resurrection effects while active
    • Prevents most healing while active

    • The next attack against this target is guaranteed to hit and crit

  • Neutralized - Removes and prevents stat increasing effects
  • Strengthened - Applies Strengthened to Allies

Dark Hawkeye (chance to drop Guided Repeater)

• Guided Repeater
  • Single Target, Ranged, Gun
  • Lock-On - Taking additional damage from ranged attacks
  • Pinpoint Target - Single-target attacks against this target are guaranteed to hit
  • Rapid Fire - Guaranteed follow-up against enemies with Pinpoint Target

Dark Wolverine (chance to drop the Blade Catcher)

• Blade Catcher
  • Single target, slashing, melee
  • Applies Bleeding
    • Taking damage every round or after performing hostile actions
    • This effect can be applied 3 times
  • Blade Catcher - Takes reduced damage from Slashing attacks
  • Parrying Blade - Counters most single-target slashing attacks

Bug Fixes

• The Shell Shocked debuff has been adjusted.
  • Damage has been reduced
  • No longer trigger on counter attacks
  • Can be removed as a normal debuff
  • No longer stacks
• Fixed an issue with Havok’s Cosmic Absorption passive that was giving Havok the Burning condition when affected by Crown of Glory from the Shepherd’s Staff
