Buff Effects

Buffs are a kind of "boost" any character can get from Supplies, Weapons, and actions. If an Agent use a supply like Hemostatic Spray they will get a limited immunity to bleeding. If you have a character like Thor or Sif you will get a permanent immunity to Burning, Chilled, Radiation, and Poison. There are also gadgets that can give you buffs like: Agile, Strengthened, or Fortified. Almost every Buff has an opposite Debuff.
