Preemptive Counter Effects

Preemptive Counters are Effects that forestall an enemy's incoming attack by attacking first before the enemy. Some Preemptive Counter Effects have different ways on how the Effect triggers.

As of September 19, 2014 Patch Notes, Preemptive counters have had their damage reduced globally by 15%.
