- Mental Trauma is only 70% chance to apply Migraine

Emma Frost Adjustment
- Diamond Form and War Diamond no longer remove debuffs
- Unlocked Potential and Cosmic Potential will still remove debuffs
- Normalized damage from Mental Anguish
- Characters with more health will not take more damage any more
- All characters who remove Mental Anguish (by using a non-attack, non-quick action) gain Mental Scarring for 1 round
- If Emma Frost counter-attacks a target that has Mental Scarring, Emma Frost will counter with War Diamond instead of Psychic Tap

Emma Frost Adjustment
- Passive "Organic Diamond" no longer procs Diamond Form when another character Protects an attack
- Organic Diamond no longer defends against psychic attacks. This should help Emma vs. Emma fights.
- Several changes to Mental Anguish
- Is removed after any action that is not a Quick Action
- This means if someone rests, but gets extra turns later, they will not have to rest those extra turns as well
- This also means that if someone takes damage from the Mental Anguish, they will not take additional damage on extra turns
- Still cannot be cleared by using a quick buff such as Hawkeye’s Pinpoint Target
- Now produces Mental Scarring if the target takes damage, making that target immune to Mental Anguish until their next turn
- Now deals consistent damage against targets with different health
- Is removed after any action that is not a Quick Action
- Unlock Potential now correctly removes debuffs only when first applied instead of preventing new debuffs from being applied

Emma Frost Rebalanced
- Initial damage on Psychic Tap has been rebalanced
- A majority of the damage caused by Psychic Tap comes from the Mental Anguish debuff, which is not reflected in the damage on the tooltip
- Mental Anguish no longer stacks and does not trigger on counter-attacks
- Damage for War Diamond was brought in line with other attacks that cause stun
- Mental Trauma damage was reduced slightly
- Despite these reductions Emma Frost is still performing very well damage-wise and she is seeing heavy use in both PVE and PVP

- Psychic Attacks
- Psychic Tap and Mental Trauma are considered Psychic Attacks
- Cannot be avoided with most evasion buffs (Kitty Pryde’s Phased, Storm’s Protective Shroud, etc.)
- Goes through shield effects (Iron Man’s Deflector Shield, Invisible Woman’s Force Field, etc.)
- Does not trigger counter-attacks (Infiltrator’s Class Bonus, Daredevil’s Radar Sense, Luke Cage’s In your Face, etc.)
- Cannot be protected against (Colossus’s Steel Curtain, Captain America’s Shield Guard, etc.)
