Boomerang and the Shocker went at it last night near Times Square, and witnesses heard Boomerang say he was sending a message from the Owl. |

The Kingpin heard the message too, and he's taking direct action. He's on the streets taking out disloyal Maggia. |

Long story short, we've got a gang war on our hands, and we don't know who all the involved parties are yet. |

Agent, meet Jessica Jones. She's leading our field response. We're pulling together all of our assets who are best qualified to handle street-level missions. |
