General Changes

• Paragon Exploiter
  • Now only increases damage if enemy has:
    • Weakened
    • Exposed
    • Dizzy
    • Slowed
    • Combo Setup
    • Stun
  • No longer affected by Burning, Bleeding, Chilled, Magnetized, etc.
• New debuff: Exploit Attrition
  • Increases damage if enemy has the following statuses:
    • Bleeding (per stack)
    • Burning (Soulfire)
    • Chilled (Deathfrost)
    • Dark Void
    • Iso-8 Corruption
    • Poison (Biofeedback)
    • Radiation Exposure (per stack)

Character and Costume refactors

With the Summer solstice hot on our heels, we’ve just turned up the heat on the Phoenix Five. Cyclops finally finds within himself his true potential and receives a much-called-for revision. Meanwhile, Magik shows that she still has some tricks up her sleeves. In addition, the effects and trigger chances of Cyclops and Phoenix’s costumes have been brought up to par with the rest of the costumes. Details are as follows, with new changes in bold black.

Cyclops

• Passive: Natural Leader
  • Cyclops has a chance to give Morale Boost to allies that are attacked, increasing all stats
• 1. Optic Blast
  • Single Enemy
  • Ranged Energy
  • Deadly Crits
  • Flanked
    • Single-target attacks against this target grant a follow-up attack
• 2. Exploit Weakness
  • Single Enemy
  • Unarmed Melee
  • Weak-Point
    • Next attack against this target is guaranteed to hit and crit
  • Disadvantage
    • Applies a debuff depending on the class targeted
      • Tactician → Exhaustion (prevents extra turns)
      • Infiltrator → Off-balance (prevents counter attacks)
      • Scrapper → Winded (prevents follow-up attacks)
      • Bruiser → Neutralized (removes stat buffs & prevents stat buffs)
      • Blaster → Impaired (prevents crits & -20% damage)
      • Generalists → Intimidated (reduces Attack, Accuracy, and Evasion)
• 3. Evasive Maneuvers
  • All Allies
  • Buff
  • Quick Action
  • Agile (all allies)
  • Combat Expertise (all allies)
    • Counters single-target and area attacks
• 4. Mega Optic Blast
  • All Enemies
  • Ranged Energy
  • Deadly Crits
  • Incapacitation
    • Chance to lose a turn

Cyclops Phoenix Five Costume

• Phoenix Potential: Flames of Destruction
  • Allies have a chance to unleash Phoenix power each turn
  • Attacks are guaranteed to crit and ignore defense
  • Chance to proc increased to 40%

Magik

• Passive: Ruler of Limbo
  • Chance to summon Eyebites when attacking or attacked
• Phoenix Potential: Fiery Retribution
  • Allies have a chance to unleash Phoenix power each turn
  • Causes fire damage when attacking or attacked
• 1. Soulsword
  • Single Enemy
  • Ethereal Strike
  • Bane
  • Soul Charge (on Magik)
    • Increases chance to summon Eyebites
  • Stepping Razor (on Magik)
    • High chance to Avoid an attack and counter with Stepping Disc
• 2. Unleash Hell
  • All Enemies
  • Deathfrost
  • 1 Stack of Soul Charge - Also applies Soulfire
  • 2 Stacks of Soul Charge - Also applies Dark Void
• 3. Soulflare (Now unlocked at level 9)
  • Single Enemy
  • Ignores Defense

  • 2 Soul Charge - Also has Exploit Attrition

  • Attacks are guaranteed to hit
  • Attacks become Psychic Energy, bypassing many status effects
• Proc chance increased to 40%
