Marvel: Avengers Alliance Wiki
Key Items is no longer usable, may have been removed from the game,
or have been obsolete, that may or may not return in the future.
Refer to the Patch Notes for changes made to the game.

Key Items are dropped items by enemies in Mission battles. These items are unusable in battle, but are required to find and collect a certain number of these items to unlock the next missions in the Chapters.

Hitting the enemies gives players the chance for the Key Items to drop, and players need to hover their cursor to the Key Item in order to obtain it. Alternatively, players can pay an amount of Gold to instantly finish mission requirements involving Key Items.

Key Items are used immediately once players gather the required amount of Key Items for the Mission.

As of January 22nd, 2013 key Items are no longer required to complete missions in the Facebook version of MAA.  At this time key items are still required for the mobile version of MAA.

Due to the stats having a difference between players depending on their Agent's Level and Equipment,
Gear stats in the Wiki are now based on a Level 300 Agent equipped with a Generalist's Kevlar Jumpsuit without any Iso-8 slotted on the Uniform and no other items that affect the stats.

Editors must refrain from changing the stats if this is not their Agent setup.

For Customized Gear in addition to the requirements above, editors must have their Customized Gear's Power Level at 300 or greater via Reforging or obtaining the Gear at the required Level. It is recommended to use obtaining gear.
