Please only remove known issues when it is confirmed they are fixed. Patch notes have mentioned things fixed while nothing has happened at all.

Recruitment After fight Baron Mordo with Moon Knight in mission 2.6.2, the Portrait Art of Omega Sentinel appears when it asks to recruit Moon Knight.
Special Operations Whenever a player completes the task list of a Spec Op and recruits the bonus hero, the "You unlocked the Spec Op" message appears whenever one of the three missions is entered. The reamining UISOs are hidden (they're shown as 0 though they're actually the correct amount), and the taskbar could display weird things like "Completed tasks: 0/25" or "Completed tasks: 65535/0".
Incursion Previewed teams aren't always what you get. For example, Generalist Agent instead of Scrapper.
Sometimes only part of the enemy team will be displayed.

PVP[]

Category Description
Battle Report / Rating After a battle, you will see your ratings has changed. When you visit the Battle Report, you will see that you attack an opponent that lowers your rating, but you did not fight that another player.
Profile Heroes in opponent's profile whom attacked you, when a player mousehovers any of them, it displays level 1 and 0XP.
When on the PVP page, mousehovering a hero, class and passives are based on default uniform regardless of any uniform equipped.

In Season 2 Chapter 11 Mission 3, Kingpin is called Kingping.
On the message announcing that the game is now closed, announcement is incorrectly spelled annoucement.
Training The small picture of the hero at the bottom of the team list shows the default costume for heroes currently training rather than their current one.
Research When cancelling the Algrim's Rage research, researching it again the message will appear and says "HOLD ON, AGENT", even though the player has more than required research cost.

Display Sometimes, during a battle, if a character changes his line position (for example when attacking an enemy not directly in front of him, or when a protection effect triggers), he won't return to his place. It usually happens on slow computers, when a turn skips before the previous attack animation has been completed.

Collections/Icebox The third cover shows the wrong date - it should be March 1989, not December 1977.
Collections/Wintry The 7th cover is labelled as Winter Soldier Vol.1 #4 dated June 2012, but it is actually Bucky Barnes: The Winter Soldier Vol.1 #4 dated March 2015. Also, cover 2 is labelled Winter Solider Vol.1 #1 instead of Winter Soldier: Winter Kills Vol.1 #1. Not only is the subtitle missing, Soldier is spelt wrong.
