Intro[]

S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers welcome you, agent.

Report for your final test.

I'm Nick Fury, I run this show.

Our mission is simple.

Defend the world.

This helicarrier will be your new home.

Patrolling New York's skies for any threats below.

With the Avengers at your side...

Our enemies won't stand a chance.

Training is almost over, agent.

(Proceeds with CHOOSE YOUR AGENT, then option to click CUSTOMIZE or PLAY NOW.)

Training Room[]

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Last time you'll see this training room, Agent. For this final test, all safeties are off.

You'll face a salvaged Sentinel that has been set up to kill you. You'd do well to avoid that. Begin.

Agent takes damage from Salvaged Sentinel's Plasma Burn

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
You’re not finished yet. S.H.I.E.L.D. provides Supplies that can edge over the toughest enemy.

Use one of the grenades in your inventory.

Used Frag Grenade I on Salvaged Sentinel. Agent wins. (The background is shaking...)

From deep space..

...a massive pulse of energy slams into Earth.

Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D.[]

Mission Start[]

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Something’s happened, Agent.

A massive Pulse has hit the planet. Everything is down, well everything but our Helicarriers. Maria? Status.

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Helicarrier's backup has kicked in. Engines are holding. Barely.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
You are above New York and it's exploding. We 're tallying reports everywhere and need all available agents on the scene

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
I'm going down there,Fury. I will take the agent with me

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Sir the agent hasn't finished--

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
--Proving themselves? I agree completely.

Black Widow:
Black Widow Icon 1
Anyone up there? I need backup down here. AIM is targeting ---BZZZRT---

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
Widow?!? We got it Fury. The Agent’s ready. Save the world. Yadda, yadda. We need to go help Black Widow.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Go with Iron Man, get down to the city, and get this under control.

Iron Man recruited!

Recruit your team

S.H.I.E.L.D. Intel:
Avengers Alliance Dialogue
You've recruited Iron Man, your first team member. You’ll need to continue recruiting heroes to build the strongest Team.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
We've marked where Black Widow is, Agent. Get down there and help her.

Battles and Energy

S.H.I.E.L.D. Intel:
Avengers Alliance Dialogue
Starting a Battle cost Energy. Energy refills over time.

High Threat Fight[]

In-Fight[]

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
Widow’s been hurt! Check your inventory for a Health Kit. She needs it.

Without you, we don’t have access to S.H.I.E.L.D.’s Supplies. So try not to get blown up, okay?

Acquired A.I.M. EMP Prototype

Complete[]

Black Widow:
Black Widow Icon 1
Thanks, Agent. I owe you one. Hope we get a chance to work together soon.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Sooner than you think, Widow. Agent, meet your newest team member.

Black Widow:
Black Widow Icon 1
Good to be a part of the team.

I saw Captain America heading off a few blocks from here towards something big and metal. Might need your help.

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
Got it, Widow. You should go get those wounds looked at.

Black Widow:
Black Widow Icon 1
I have a mission to finish, Iron Man, and I've been through far worse. You know that.

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
We’ll see you back at the Helicarrier’s Flight Deck, Widow. Let’s go see if Cap needs a hand, Agent.

Black Widow recruited!

Boss - Power Armor[]

Start[]

Captain America:
Captain America Icon 1
Iron Man, good to see you.

Hail Hydra! Power Armor:
Power Armor Icon

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
He’s big, huh?

Captain America:
Captain America Icon 1
Not out of that tin can he isn't.

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
Sure, but how do we get him out?

That prototype EMP Grenade we picked up off that AIM goon might just come in handy.

Team-Up

S.H.I.E.L.D. Intel:
Avengers Alliance Dialogue
You’re about to experience a “Team-Up” with Captain America. Some battles feature a hero waiting to team-up.

Team-ups may feature a hero you haven’t acquired yet, like Captain America. This gives you a chance to try them out.

In-Fight[]

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
Ok, now would be a good time to use that EMP Grenade.

It should fry his circuits, stun him, and slow him down. He’s down but not out. We could use some help. It looks like you have a Distress Call available. Activate it.

Complete[]

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
Good use of that Distress Call. You can get more by reaching out to your fellow Agents.

Distress Calls

S.H.I.E.L.D. Intel:
Avengers Alliance Dialogue
Recruit your friends and visit them to give and receive Distress Calls.

Thor:
Thor Icon 1
Well met, Agent. Perhaps later we will raise a glass together but this battle is not over. Captain, your shield is needed.

Captain America:
Captain America Icon 1
On my way, Thor. Thanks, soldier. That would've been a lot messier had you not shown up.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Iron Man, I need you and this Agent back at the Helicarrier’s Flight Deck to send Black Widow on a Remote Op.

Iron Man:
Iron Man Icon 1
You heard the man. Let’s go.

Exit Map

S.H.I.E.L.D. Intel:
Avengers Alliance Dialogue
Having defeated Hydra’s Power Armor, this area is secure. Can exit the map by click the “Exit Map” icon.

In future missions, there may be optional or hidden challenge beyond the Boss you can pursue. Keep your eye open, Agent.

Mission Complete[]

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Welcome back. The aftermath of the Pulse is keeps us on our toes.

Agent, you’re now in temporary command of this Helicarrier, be gentle with her. Deputy-Director Hill and I are coordinating efforts remotely. Tony Stark is with you getting the carrier fixed up. Maria, Tony? Latest status.

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Global situation’s chaotic, but communications are coming back. Slowly.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Flight Deck is back up, but we need all systems back online to figure out what hit us.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
With the Flight Deck back we can get Remote Operations running again.

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Trouble in Newark. Critical resources are there and our main network node is down, which means no Research.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
I bet that’s the first time “critical” and “Newark” have been used in the same breath. Let me check that status...

Yep. S.H.I.E.L.D.’s network has been interrupted. Strange readings. Likely just more after-effects of the Pulse.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Send Black Widow on a Remote Operation to recover those resources.

Remote Operations

S.H.I.E.L.D. Intel:
Avengers Alliance Dialogue
You just sent Black Widow off on a Remote Operation.

Remote Ops will generate the Silver needed for Training, Research, Supplies, and Gear.

A Hero needs to accompany the Remote Op, and will be unavailable until it is complete or you abort it.

You can abort a Remote Operation at any time.

Unlock more flight bays to run more simultaneous Remote Ops. Upgrade the Jets to earn even larger payouts.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
While Widow´s on the Remote Op in Newark, check your missions and get back to the scene ASAP.

Settings and Full-Screen

S.H.I.E.L.D. Intel:
Avengers Alliance Dialogue
To enter full-screen mode, or change other settings, click the small gear on the bottom right.

Black Widow:
Black Widow Icon 1
Remote Op complete. The network was already back online when I arrived.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Strange, but I'm not complaining. Checking status now...

Okay, Research is almost back online, but there's still more diagnostics to run before we're in business.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
I don't like waiting, Stark.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
And I don't like blowing up, Fury. As soon as we're ready, I'll let you know.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Fair enough. Agent, you should keep those Remote Ops running to generate more resources.

Then get back to your Missions and do some good.

Helicarrier Training Topics[]

Buying Gear[]

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
We have a weapon at the store that might be of use to you, Agent.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
It's another ranged weapon, but it packs a stronger punch than what you currently have. It's called the Spirit-76.

Silver you earn from Flight Deck Remote Operations can be spent in the Store to acquire new gear. Head to the Store now Agent, and pick up the new Spirit-76 Handgun.

Uniforms[]

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Agent, if you are going to take on Loki, you'll need a wardrobe upgrade.

Get an Infiltrator uniform, and a Tactician like Loki won't stand a chance.

Leveling Heroes[]

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Hey, fellow directors. I have a new trick I want to try out.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Agent, send Iron Man off to Train.

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Managing your team and keeping them up with the latest techniques and abilities will make a huge difference in combat.

Go Manage your Team and we'll walk you through it.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Anything worth having is worth the wait, but we may be able to grease the wheels and speed up this process.

We could put your Gold reserves to work. Gold usually has a way of getting what you want faster. If it's less than five minutes, we could work the right channels and push it through for free.

Recruit Heroes[]

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
The Command Points you recovered can be used to acquire a new hero. Hawkeye is ready to recruit.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Use your available Command Points to recruit Hawkeye now.

The more agents we recruit, the more backup we´ll get in a fight! This alliance can never have too many Avengers.

Visiting Allies[]

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Let's pay a visit to Tony Stark at the Avengers Tower and receive another Distress Call.

We can always visit other agents on location and lend a hand.

They receive help on their mission, and you receive a Distress Call to use in a fight.

I've marked where Tony Stark is located and some supply caches we've recovered around town. Pick them up, Agent.

Now you know the benefits of an alliance: more people watching your back.

Let's check the candidate roster and see who else we should recruit into the Avengers Alliance.

Get back to the Flight Deck, Agent. Keep those Remote Ops running, then get back to your missions.

Unlocking Missions[]

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
You should always look ahead to see what requirements are needed to unlock the next mission.

Unlocking Jets[]

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Once a jet is purchased, you can ask your allies to pilot it, or put that Gold to use and hire new pilots!

Research[]

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Is research ready?

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Research confirms 100%. Some background noise, but doesn't appear to be a problem.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Almost there, Fury.

We should get some supplies and gear in the pipeline for the Agent before we tackle that meteorite Hawkeye recovered. Field Medicine, Explosives, and Advanced Blades would be a good stress test. Besides, who doesn't want a katana?

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Get research rolling, Agent.

Field Medicine[]

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Now that you've researched Field Medicine, you can purchase First Aid Packs from the Store.

The more research you complete, the more gear and items you'll have available to you in the Store. Start another Research project if you haven't already. It's always good to have one in the oven.

Iso-8 Research[]

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Is Research ready for that ore?

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Meteorite, but yeah, we're good to go.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Hop to it, Agent. Go to Research and assign them to get that Ore understood--understand?

Use of Iso-8[]

Start[]

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Maria, how's Research coming along with the ore?

Maria Hill:
Maria Hill Dialogue
Meteorite, yes they say it may match a material known as Isotope-8.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Iso-8? Heard of it, never seen it. Didn't think it was capable of generating these readings

Mr. Fantastic:
Mr. Fantastic Icon 1
It's not. This is purer. I believe the Pulse may have brought this material with it.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Reed? Was I not fantastic enough, Fury?

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
You're good with hardware. When it comes to mysteries from space, Richards is the guy.

Mr. Fantastic:
Mr. Fantastic Icon 1
Data indicates transient benefits are absorbed by anyone exposed to it. We may be able to harness this.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
That must be what everyone else is thinking.

Mr. Fantastic:
Mr. Fantastic Icon 1
I believe I could socket this into a suit with metaconductive filaments like your S.H.I.E.L.D. uniform. Need some time.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Not much of that, Richards. Agent, up to being a guinea pig?

Socket that Isotope-8 to your suit and get Research back to producing new gear and supplies.

Complete[]

Mr. Fantastic:
Mr. Fantastic Icon 1
This Iso-8 seems to be enhancing the Agent's health.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Like a healing factor?

Mr. Fantastic:
Mr. Fantastic Icon 1
No, an overall gain. The Agent's vitals are stronger.

Given the energy signature variance, it appears Isotope-8 may have varieties that create different enhancement effects. If I'm correct, then even the weakest opponent could match our strongest heroes with enough exposure to this. However, even those with super-powers can also benefit. If we can recover more, even the Hulk could be made more powerful--as unlikely as that seems.

Tony Stark:
Tony Stark Dialogue
Got it. We need more of this stuff... bad guys need less of it.

Nick Fury:
Nick Fury Dialogue
Keep your eyes open for more Isotope-8. It might give us the edge we need.
