RESCUE

Agent, I think you already know what I will and won't do for S.H.I.E.L.D.

So long as you understand that, we can work together.

S2, Ch. 5: Mission 2 - Grudge Match[]

Deploy[]

Start[]

Maria Hill:
The White Gorillas are shooting rockets at Quinjets carrying Iso-8 from a refining facility.

The Gorillas are using human shields, so we can't just fry them from the sky. Rescue, can you shield the Quinjets until we get to the White Gorilla position and clear it?

Rescue:
That's the kind of thing I'm good at. Let someone else do the shooting.

Complete[]

Maria Hill:
The White Gorilla position is cleared and secured, Rescue.

Rescue:
Yep, I can see smoke. Returning to the Helicarrier for further orders.

S2, Ch. 6: Mission 1 - Unknown Intel[]

Deploy[]

Start[]

Agent Coulson:
Rescue, we need you to cover the hammer drop site. There are more gawkers and souvenir hunters than you would believe.

Just keep them away from it. They can look, as long as they don't touch.

Rescue:
What should I do if they want to touch?

Tony Stark:
Just give'em a little flyby. You'll only have to do it once. Maybe twice.

Complete[]

Rescue:
You were right. I only had to do it once. I hope I didn't hurt him too much.

Agent Coulson:
Our team is on-site now. Thank you very much, Ms. Potts.

Rescue:
You're very welcome, Agent Coulson.

Mini Boss - Sentinels[]

Reveal[]

Maria Hill:
Stark Tower is under direct attack! Repeat, Stark Tower is under direct attack!

A.I.M. elements are on the offensive, and cyber-attacks have also commenced. All S.H.I.E.L.D. resources refocus around defense of Stark Tower and the surrounding area.

Iron Man:
Those technocratic bastards. That's my house.

Maria Hill:
Sentinels are everywhere around it, Tony. It's going to take us some time to break that perimeter, and A.I.M. has assets already inside the building.

Iron Man:
Agent, you're on the inside. Pepper Potts, so are you. Time to do that thing that we talked about.

Rescue:
The--you mean the Rescue thing?

Iron Man:
Yep.

Rescue:
Tony, I'm not sure I'm ready for this…

Iron Man:
Nobody is until they do it. After two, three times, it'll be just like brushing your teeth.

Rescue:
Okay. Okay, I can do this.

Iron Man:
Agent, meet Rescue.

Start[]

Rescue:
Glad you're with me, Agent. Let's try to keep collateral damage to a minimum.

Iron Man:
Worry about yourself, Pepper. I can build another tower, I can't build another you.

Rescue:
I'm talking about civilians, Tony! If I'm doing this, I'm doing it my way. That means no casualties.

They're coming, Agent. Here we go…

TARGET ACQUIRED Sentinel:

Repeat[]

Rescue:
Practice makes perfect.

Complete[]

Rescue:
Yes! We did it!

Iron Man:
I never doubted you. Rhodey, did you doubt her?

War Machine:
Heck no. She's had plenty of practice.

Iron Man:
Yeah… wait, what?

War Machine:
Uh… hoo boy.

Rescue:
Rhodey!

I practice with your old suits when you're not around, Tony. Rhodey's been helping.

Iron Man:
What?!

Rescue:
I drive your cars, too.

Iron Man:
My cars!? Now that's over the line. Remind me to fire you when this is all over.

Boss - Blizzard[]

Reveal[]

Nick Fury:
Blizzard's already inside as well. Rescue, are you seeing this? A.I.M.'s bringing out all their suits.

Maria Hill:
They must have some kind of powerful incentive. Maybe in tandem with the Extremis enhanciles, A.I.M. is looking to develop their armored resources.

Nick Fury:
I bet we'd be seeing the Fixer if we hadn't ruined all of his constructs during the Ultron operation.

Maria Hill:
Rescue, we're going to need you to bolster our defenses again until we can crack the defensive perimeter outside the tower.

Rescue:
Sure, Maria. I'm still here.

Start[]

Rescue:
I'm sorry, sir. You can't start a snowball fight inside secure areas of Stark Tower.

Who the heck are you? I was promised a match against Iron Man! Blizzard:

Rescue:
Too bad, popsicle stick. You've got me.

Iron Man:
Be careful out there, Ms. Potts.

Rescue:
Mr. Stark, please don't bother me when I'm working.

Complete[]

Iron Man:
Nice work, Pepper. From what Jarvis is telling me, A.I.M. sure has figured out something with low-temperature superconductors.

Rescue:
Someone get in here and thaw out all these A.I.M.-sicles. Blizzard wasn't too careful about collateral damage.

Maria Hill:
En route, Rescue.

Epic Boss - Iron Patriot Armor[]

Reveal[]

Rescue:
This is a priority alert! A.I.M. just cracked Stark Tower security again and allowed Savin to assume remote control of the Iron Patriot armor.

Maria Hill:
We are still tracking Savin's location. Right now it looks like he's running the Iron Patriot armor remotely.

Iron Man:
Well, dammit. Here I am out running errands and A.I.M. and Savin crash my house!? This is enough to give a guy anger management issues.

Nick Fury:
Play this smart, Stark. We don't know what A.I.M. has put together here.

Iron Man:
I play everything smart, Nick. You know that. Here's what's going to happen. We can't afford to miss this shot at Savin.

Pepper, you're going to need to take the lead here. Meanwhile I'll be closing that little security breach and getting Rhodey's new suit under control. And if I find Savin, he's going to wish he'd stuck to debt collecting.

Start[]

Looks nice in here. And so lightly defended. It's almost like Stark wants me to move in and take charge. Savin:

Rescue:
You're putting the cart a little in front of your horse there, Mr. Savin. S.H.I.E.L.D. has a few surprises waiting for you.

Well, I guess they do. That armor suits you, miss. But let's see what it can do. Savin:

Rescue:
You'll find out what it can do, and you won't like it. I'm warning you.

Bravado's not your strong suit, is it? That's all right. I'm not much of a talker, either. Savin:

Repeat[]

Rescue:
You need to put down the stolen armor. Now, please.

Spec Ops 9: Mission 3 - Hot War[]

Opening Dialogue[]

Iron Man:
Rhodey and I learned quite a bit on our search-and-destroy. There's more recovered material than Reed and the two Hanks will be able to look at in a month.

Maria Hill:
We've figured out a way to identify the electronic signature of the Extremis nanos remotely. Every enhancile we can detect is right in this area.

Nick Fury:
That means that Savin himself is right in this area, and that means we are going door-to-door until we flush him out.

Iron Man:
I can pitch in if you need, but I'm still having an issue here and there with my suit's command-and-control. Much as I hate to admit it, A.I.M. got me pretty good this time.

Nick Fury:
Understood. Rescue, you're back on the main tac-support role for the Agent.

Rescue:
Ready and willing. Let's go get him.

Mini Boss - Crimson Dynamo / Whiplash[]

Reveal[]

Iron Man:
Whiplash and the Crimson Dynamo, merrily trashing the neighborhood. I suspect the involvement of vodka.

Rescue:
You're a hate criminal.

Iron Man:
Let me rephrase for delicate sensibilities: These two armored thugs of Russian extraction are endangering lives and property. We should respond firmly.

Rescue:
If you had your mask down, I'd punch you in it.

Nick Fury:
Maybe you can take out those frustrations on the bad guys. Recover their armor and return it to S.H.I.E.L.D.

Iron Man:
Or I could do it myself. In fact, why don't you take a breather and let's get more testing done on the Rescue armor.

Rescue:
You're cute when you're pretending you don't have any emotions.

Iron Man:
What do you mean, pretending? Fine, go ahead. Why don't you crash one of my cars while you're at it?

Nick Fury:
Agent, recover Whiplash's new armor. Pepper, keep the Agent alive while he's doing it. There. That ought to work.

Start[]

Boris, look. You see what I see? Whiplash:

I see Stark sending secretary out to fight. Crimson Dynamo:

Rescue:
Secretary? SECRETARY?

Uh oh, we made secretary mad. Don't hurt us, secretary. Crimson Dynamo:

Repeat[]

Read minutes of last meeting back to us, secretary. Whiplash:

Rescue:
You guys don't learn, do you?

Complete[]

Rescue:
Secretary? Get up, both of you, so the rest of the team can hit you some more.

Nick Fury:
Power down, Rescue. Save some of that temper. We're not done yet.

Mini Boss - Blizzard / Titanium Man[]

Start[]

Rescue:
I have to say, Blizzard, I'm feeling a lot better about this now that I've taken you out once already.

You wouldn't be so cocky if you knew who was backing us up, lady. We've got Extremis. We've got the Mand-- Blizzard:

Shut up, Gill. You tell them too much. Titanium Man:

Complete[]

Rescue:
We'll need a cleanup crew out here, I think. Those poor A.I.M. grunts.

Iron Man:
If I didn't know better, Ms. Potts, I'd say this new role is going to your head a little.

Rescue:
Well, Mr. Stark, if anyone knows about how things go to a person's head, it would be you.

Nick Fury:
...

Iron Man:
Was that a laugh, Director Fury?

Nick Fury:
Ahem. Fine work, Rescue. Let's do a final sweep of the area to see if we can't get a lead on the Extremis project's next step.

Boss - Savin[]

Complete[]

Rescue:
Savin's body temperature is through the roof, Tony, but he's alive. And unconcious.

Maria Hill:
We've got a containment and medevac team coming to get him to the Raft for study. Stay clear, Rescue. We don't know if the Extremis nanos can move from person to person.

Nick Fury:
That might have been the plan all along. The whole Extremis project could be a Trojan horse to corrupt or subvert S.H.I.E.L.D. personnel.

Iron Man:
It's not that kind of virus, Nick. You need to purposefully inject the subject with the nanotech for Extremis to manifest.

Maria Hill:
In that case, we have a captured warehouse full of Extremis tech to analyze. Reed and Beast are looking at it already. Pym's on the way, too.

Iron Man:
Well, I think that's terrific. Can't wait to see what renowned Ultron expert Henry Pym has to say about these machines. I trust him implicitly.
