There are vampires in London again. It's that time of year, but we also have a feeling there's more happening than the calendar month.

Agent Coulson:

Spitfire and Union Jack have already been in the field hunting vampires. They think they've seen Dracula, but that's unconfirmed--

Spitfire:

We know we've seen Dracula.

Maria Hill:

Agent, meet Lady Jacqueline Falsworth Crichton. Better known as Spitfire.

Tony Stark:

She's one of England's finest. Survived a mutagenic reaction to a vampire bite, and now she's partnered up with Union Jack to keep Britain safe for stiff upper lips and small beer. Did I miss anything, Lady Falsworth?

Spitfire:

A superb introduction, Tony. You make me feel right at home.

Agent Coulson:

Dr. Strange! You do know how to make an entrance.

Dr. Strange:

I have dire news. Umar is holding Baron Mordo in the Dark Dimension.

Tony Stark:

Mordo's alive? Isn't that good news? You were pretty upset when he died.

Dr. Strange:

I take no joy in any death. Mordo, as he often has, overplayed his hand and suffered for it. Now Umar means to keep him in the dark Dimension forever. She is here in London, convening a secret gathering with Hela and another whose identity I cannot discern. Certainly a woman, but beyond that...

Tony Stark:

Three witches? Saucy. Let me guess. You want to go after her and do something occult and terrifying that will bring Baron Mordo back.

Dr. Strange:

Correct.

Tony Stark:

So he can start trying to kill us again?

Dr. Strange:

Mordo's anger at Umar may well outweigh his dislike of me.

Tony Stark:

And if it doesn't?

Dr. Strange:

That part will take care of itself.

Tony Stark:

Good plan. Okay. So you're going to go find Umar. We're going to hunt vampires. Let's catch up for coffee after.

Union Jack just went after a Mindless One. It's on the run.

Union Jack:

It's carrying something from Otherworld. I need to know what.

Maria Hill:

It's might be going to Umar, but we can't let people get hurt while it's loose. Take it out.

Union Jack:

Just like I thought. The Mindless One carried a gem found in Otherworld. I don't know the place, but I've been trained in how to spot its traces.

Tony Stark:

Not good?

Union Jack:

Not good at all. A threat is growing. It might be already be too far along to stop.

A group of terrified parishioners is hiding in this church waiting for a religious vision because of all the vampires around. Maybe we can give them one.

Tony Stark:

This is a weird one. A bunch of religious nuts have heard about the vampires and they're holed up in this church. They won't come out until they see an angel.

Tony Stark:

Problem is, they're surrounded by vampires who are about to turn them into a buffet. Warren, maybe you can help out?

Angel:

Being angelic or killing vampires?

Tony Stark:

Why choose? Give'em a show.

Tony Stark:

Some students thought it would be funny to dress up as vampires and scare people. They're getting more than they bargained for from people who have actually seen vampires tonight. Send someone to help them out.

Jericho, there's a nest of vampires at this location. Take a look and see if they're waiting for a VIP.

Doctor Voodoo:

Dracula is near. I can sense him.

Tony Stark:

Let's find out how near.

I think they might have been waiting for Dracula, but he did not appear. I still sense Dracula's presence. He cannot be far. We will be seeing him soon.

Miniboss - The Hood

Well, look what we have here. The Hood, meeting a group of vampires. They've just transferred a coffin from a lorry into this building.

Maria Hill:

Empty or full?

Union Jack:

Hard to tell. I'll know more in a minute.

Who goes in the empty coffin, Hood? Or did someone just come out of it?

Let's just say it's been occupied recently.

The Hood:

Union Jack:

Then I'm arresting you for unauthorized transport of human remains.

It's been a long time since those remains were human, man. And I don't think I like the idea of being arrested.

The Hood:

How about instead you die nobly in the line of duty?

The Hood:

Union Jack:

Someone's going to want to interrogate this man, I assume? MI:13 will hold him--wait, no. He's vanished.

Agent Coulson:

That's the problem with teleporters. His association with vampires tells us most of what we need to know anyway.

Maria Hill:

And if that coffin was used for Dracula, it makes senses he'd want someone powerful to watch over it while he was sleeping.

Union Jack:

He'll know it's been disturbed. He won't be back here. We'll have to stay on his track.

Miniboss - Jack O'Lantern

It's Jack O'Lantern. And a pair of vampires--they've seen me. And apparently recognized me, because here they come.

Maria Hill:

We have your location, Spitfire. Agent? You should be ready to go if Spitfire needs you.

The vampires might scare people who open their doors.

Once Baron Mordo and I sought to rule the Dark Dimension together. Now, instead of my paramour he will be my slave, and his powers will be mine to use.

Umar:

You have done this, Strange. Had you not let my brother kill Mordo, I would not have had this opportunity. There is a great prize to be had. I owe you thanks.

Umar:

Dr. Strange:

You owe me nothing, Umar. And I owe you only a bitter defeat, followed by a return to the dark realm from whence you came!

Oh, no. I have my sights set on a different realm entirely...

Maria Hill:

Strange and Umar are both gone. Where'd they go?

Doctor Voodoo:

The Dark Dimension. I can sense Strange's presence there. He has gone to liberate Baron Mordo?

Tony Stark:

Are we sure that's a good idea?

Doctor Voodoo:

It is far better idea than allowing Umar to turn his powers to her advantage.

Dracula!

Maria Hill:

Spitfire and Union Jack are on his trail.

Tony Stark:

Is he just having seasonal hunger or is there a bigger game afoot? I mean, is this related to our three witches doing their thing?

Maria Hill:

I think Dracula and a fresh army of bloodthirsty vampires is enough to worry about. Hit him, people. Try to keep him in one place long enough to finish him off.

Maria Hill:

I have a bad feeling about this. We've gotten into a situation that runs a lot deeper than we currently understand.

Tony Stark:

I will feel a lot worse if Strange doesn't come back pretty soon--oh. Speak of the devil.

Dr. Strange:

It is complete. Baron Mordo lives!

Baron Mordo:

With a vengeance, one might say. Strange couldn't resist putting an end to my torture, just as I predicted..

Dr. Strange:

Then you knew more than I did.

Baron Mordo:

Hardly uncommon, Strange. Though your arrogance would never allow you to admit it.

Tony Stark:

Okay, you two. Hug it out.

Maria Hill:

Mordo. Do we need to imprison you, or sequester you in another dimension, or something? Or can we fight a common menace?

Baron Mordo:

We will fight together, Agent Hill. But the menace is hardly common.

Maria Hill:

Good enough.

Dr. Strange:

I have also learned that Umar, Hela, and their third conspirator are concocting a deep interplanar magic. Its purpose I have yet to discern.

Baron Mordo:

They did not share it with me either. But Hel united with the Dark Dimension is a daunting thing to contemplate.

Tony Stark:

Get discerning, both of you. We need a fact or two to spice up our speculation.

Maria Hill:

Once Spitfire was deployed with Union Jack after the vampires, Hela's armies started pursuing them both. We're seeing a lot of undead Vikings.

Tony Stark:

Vampires and undead Vikings? Best Halloween ever!

Spitfire:

I'm going to stay after the vampires.

Maria Hill:

Stay in close touch. If both Dracula and Hela have their sights on you, things might get complicated fast.

Spitfire:

Understood.

Agent Coulson:

You should also know that Blade has joined in on the vampire hunt.

Spitfire:

He could hardly have been expected to sit this one out, I suppose. Well, the more the merrier.

Dr. Strange:

Something more is happening here. Dracula may have his own agenda, but Hela is part of a greater scheme. I do not know how far it goes.

Dr. Strange:

By freeing Baron Mordo, I may have begun to uncover the extent of her plans sooner than she expected.

Tony Stark:

Keep right on uncovering it, Strange. We're all ears.

Dr. Strange:

Umar had a plan to use Baron Mordo's powers. I suspect Hela intends something similar with Spitfire's powers as part of her plans against Otherworld.

Tony Stark:

Time out. Plans against Otherworld?

Dr. Strange:

Union Jack caught a Mindless One in possession of a gem from Otherworld. With it, Umar could force open a gateway between the Dark Dimension and Otherworld.

Dr. Strange:

I have no doubt this was why she was attempting to channel Mordo's powers. Hela too will be searching for a way in to Otherworld from Hel.

Tony Stark:

King Arthur's not going to like that one bit.

Angela, you wanted to kill some vampires? We've got a group of them that boarded a docked tour boat. They attacked the passengers and now the boat is drifting.

Agent Coulson:

The vampires can't get off, but you can get on.

Angela:

Yes, I can. And shall.

Avenging angel saves tourists from vampires. That one's going to make for some great tabloid headlines.

We know Umar and Hela are plotting something having to do with dimensional gateways. Send Magik to skip around the planes on her Stepping Disc and see what she can learn.

Dr. Strange:

We confront a mysterious threat that spans dimensions. Illyana, perhaps you can quickly assess where demonic forces are gathering.

Magik:

I can tour Limbo and some of the linked planes. But I can't get to the Dark Dimension.

Dr. Strange:

It will be useful to learn of any possible alliances in the other planes.

Demons are riled up everywhere I went. They know something big is afoot and they all want to be part of it. But apparently the real action is in the Dark Dimension. Umar and maybe Dormammu are hatching something big there.

Dracula's moving so unpredictably that we're having a hard time engaging him directly. But we might know where his coffin is.

We might have a lead on the location of Dracula's coffin, but we don't want the vampires to see us looking for it.

Black Widow:

I'm already on my way.

I saw no coffin. I did see vampires.

Maria Hill:

Are they still there? We can send a kill team.

Black Widow:

But first you must defeat me, and we both know you cannot.

No. We just know that I haven't yet.

The blood of Otherworld will be a rare pleasure...and the risen vampires of the Otherworld will be an unstoppable force.

He's gone. I'm staying after him. Let me know if Jackie's in trouble. Otherwise you're going to have to take care of Hela's army yourselves.

Tony Stark:

Don't worry about him. It's all an act. He'll come through if we need him.

I had thought to assist Blade in his hunt for Dracula, but another player has dealt himself into the game: Malekith.

Doctor Voodoo:

He has a proposal to make to Hela. That much I know. And it has something to do with Otherworld.

Maria Hill:

If we wait until they're together, we might learn more about it.

Doctor Voodoo:

Possibly. We would also have to deal with both of them at the same time.

Maria Hill:

Your call, Agent.

Jericho Drumm, speaker to loas...what stake have you in Otherworld's fate?

Malekith:

Doctor Voodoo:

No more than my belief in eternal vigilance on behalf of the good. And no less.

The true -hearted are rare, Drumm. It will please Hela if I bring your head to her, and make my business with her easier to conduct.

Malekith:

Alliances between Svartalfheim and Hel are uncommon, but the prize at stake is rich indeed.

Malekith:

Doctor Voodoo:

Malekith is dispelled. I sent him back to Svartalheim, although the Asgardian pathways are unfamiliar to me. Now I must assist with the vampire hunt. But if you have need, I will answer your call.

Maria Hill:

We're zeroing in on Hela, Jericho. If we need you again, that'll be the time.

S.H.I.E.L.D., I could use a bit of help. Hela has found me. I'm moving, but it's hard to outmaneuver a goddess.

Tony Stark:

Complain complain complain. Help is on the way.

Spitfire:

You're not just hunting me becuase you want both sides of your face to look youthful, are you? Because that won't work.

No, my plans have little to do with vanity. Your abilities work in more ways than you understand, mortal. When my sorcery has torn loose your body's secrets, I will share them with certain others. War is coming to your world. And, shortly after war, defeat and death.

Hela:

Spitfire:

Oh, God. Really? Hundreds of years you've been alive, and you want to talk like you're in business school. I suppose my blood is a killer app you're going to use to create an immortal Otherworld army? Vampire-bitten centaurs with a healing factor?

Yes. Dracula gets his bloody little treat, and we raise an army of his creations, with your regenerative abilities...and London falls under a combined onslaught from Hel and Otherworld.

Hela:

Another engagement calls. Thanks to your friends, you can keep your body intact...for a little while longer.

Hela:

Spitfire:

S.H.I.E.L.D.. Hela is gone. Did you catch what she was saying about the Otherworld?

Agent Coulson:

We did. We've alreaddy relayed it to MI:13 and reached out those of our allies who know how to get to Otherworld.

Spitfire:

There are still vampires nearby. I'm going to root them out.

Union Jack:

Right there with you. Some of Hela's minions are still here as well.

Agent Coulson:

Agent, we need you back at the Helicarrier. Let Spitfire and Union Jack handle the rest of the vampires.

Epic Boss - Dormammu

Uh oh. Dormammu.

Tony Stark:

He's not happy about Strange swiping his sister's love slave.

Agent Coulson:

Isn't he always trying to kill her and overthrow her anyway?

Maria Hill:

Come on, Coulson. He might hate her sister, but he's still not going to let Dr. Strange screw up her plans. Blood is thicker than...do Faltines have blood?

Tony Stark:

We'll have to ask Strange about that next time he's around.

Maria Hill:

Baron Mordo. We are tracking Dormammu very close to your position.

Baron Mordo:

Yes He's quite close. No time to talk, I'm afraid.

Maria Hill:

Get moving, Agent. Mordo might be able to handle Dormammu himself, but then again, he might not.

Tony Stark:

I don't think Strange wants to fetch him back from the Dark Dimension again so soon.

Mordo. Where is your protector now?

Dormammu:

Baron Mordo:

I have no need of protection I cannot provide myself. Where is your sister? Crying into a handkerchief?

You will see soon enough. You thought you were free? I will taste your horror when you discover your true destiny, and I will find it delicious.

Dormammu:

Baron Mordo:

Where is your sister? I ask again. What might she be doing while you are away? Surely you are not fool enough to trust her.

Nor am I fool enough that I cannot see through your pitiful diversions. If you do not see her in the Dark Dimension, you will see her soon enough here. Either way, to your sorrow.

Dormammu:

Now you return to the Dark Dimension, Mordo...this time forever.

Dormammu:

Baron Mordo:

I have forced Dormammu back into the Dark Dimension. It was- -not easy.

Tony Stark:

I take it you and Umar didn't have a chance to kiss and make up? We didn't see her.

Baron Mordo:

She was not here. Although Dormammu said she soon would be.

Agent Coulson:

Umar, Hela, Malekith...they're all plotting something together. If we can trust what Hela said, Dracula's part of it too. We need some word from Otherworld.

Spitwire's still alive and we haven't seen Malekith again after Jericho sent him back to Svartalheim.

Agent Coulson:

We also haven't found out who the third witch is.

Baron Mordo:

We will soon. There is a great magic brewing in the city. The ancient energies of this land are blending with the fury of the Dark Dimension...

Dr. Strange:

...and Morgan le Fay is behind it.

Tony Stark:

She is? When did you run across this little nugget of information?

Dr. Strange:

It was the Otherworld connection that set me on her trail. Knowing how she has lusted after power there, I was able to pin down her astral signature in the voids between Otherworld and London. Now we must find her. You see, Mordo? It is not so uncommon for me to know what you do not.

Tony Stark:

It's cute how they bicker. Morgan le Fey makes three? Let's go get her.

Maria Hill:

Here's what we know so far.

Tony Stark:

Our three witches are going to tap the power of Otherworld and transform a piece of London into their own occult realm.

Spitfire:

Precisely. But it's even worse than it sounds.

Union Jack:

Otherworld is under attack. Umar can't get to it directly, so she's struck a deal with the other two.

Spitfire:

Right. She lends them the power of the Dark Dimension, and they cut her in on their plan to rule Otherworld. Then when Otherworld is under their control, London is next.

Tony Stark:

Classic three witches scenario. Double, double, toil and trouble...

Maria Hill:

And Dracula's in just because he wants a gourmet meal?

Spitfire:

He sees a chance to feed on the mythical beings of Otherworld and recreate them as more powerful vampire minions. That's why his vampires are protecting Hela and Umar...and Morgan too, I expect.

Union Jack:

The only reason they haven't already succeeded is Strange robbing Umar of Baron Mordo's power.

Tony Stark:

I knew that was a good idea. So what's the plan?

Spitfire:

The key is Morgan le Fay. She moves freely between Otherworld and the mortal realm. We have to find her before their final spell is complete.

Tony Stark:

Okay. Good briefing. Let's go save Otherworld. And get those vampires.

The dark Dimension portal we saw before has spilled quite a few Mindless Ones into the city. Umar's trying to keep us busy. Send someone to take them out tout suite.

There 's some kind of fairy or leprechaun or something wandering the streets here. It must have gotten out of Otherworld and now can't return. Send a hero to bring it in. One of our Otherwordly contigent can help it get home.

Deploy 3

Screen Text

Mindless Ones have broken through a perimeter we set up around a Dark Dimension portal. Dr. Strange needs to seal the portal while we take out the Mindless Ones.

Start

Tony Stark:

Strange, another portal just popped open and Mindless Ones are kind of pouring out of it. We're on them, but it would help if someone cut off their exit.

Dr. Strange:

The portal will be sealed in a moment. Then I shall turn my powers on the Mindless Ones.

Dr. Strange:

They are eliminated, and the portal is shut. Clearly this was a distraction. Umar is keeping our attention divided while Morgan le Fay prepares her final enchantment.

A group of vigilante citizens just set this building on fire because they think there are vampires inside. Send someone to get people out--and to handle the vampires if the vigilantes were right.

We could use a little reconnaissance on this particular location. It might be where Morgan le Fay is holed up. Spider-Girl is nearby.

Maria Hill:

Spider-Girl, we need you to take a quick look at this building. It’s abandoned and probably full of monstrosities.

Spider-Girl:

Just my kind of thing.

Maria Hill:

Try to avoid detection. We want to know if Morgan le Fay is there.

Spider-Girl:

I’ll only get close enough to take a look.

I didn't see Morgan le Fay. But you were right about the monstrosities. Mindless Ones and vampires.

Maria Hill:

We've got a fire team going in. If Morgan's not there, we don't have to be quiet.

I'm looking at Hela. She doesn't know I'm here. Should I let her lead us to Morgan or make a move now?

If you think you can handle a goddess, maybe now's the time.

Doctor Voodoo:

She will slip away if I keep after Malekith. That battle will find its own moment.

Doctor Voodoo:

I think I'm late to your party, Hela. What did I miss?

You are coming in at the end of a grand tale. The fall of Otherworld to dark forces, the last collapse of Camelot, fire and fear...

Hela:

Doctor Voodoo:

Ah, yes. I've heard that story before. I don't like it. I believe there is a different tale to tell.

There are realms to subjugate, Jericho Drumm. I have no time to stay and listen.

Hela:

Doctor Voodoo:

Then I'm going to have to insist.

I don't know where she went, but at least I slowed her down a little. Her armies seem endless.

Maria Hill:

We'll know once we make the final move against Morgan le Fay.

Doctor Voodoo:

Keep me informed. I'd hate to miss it. Now perhaps I will see where Malekith has gotten to.

Come, Karl. I am far too intelligent to believe you are that stupid. Dormammu spreads lies about me just as I would about him. I wished to tap your powers to help create the pathway to the Otherworld, but Malekith is a more than adequate replacement.

Umar:

Baron Mordo:

I feel as if I should be insulted by that.

You may, if you wish. The feeling, like your life, will be of short duration.

Umar:

She didn't seem as angry as I would have thought.

Tony Stark:

Maybe you're not quite the Romeo you thought.

I have expensive tastes in lots of things, but for jokes I go the other way.

Baron Mordo:

Tony Stark:

This is where we get heroic, people. We don't want Otherworld to become a vampire smorgasbord.

Spitfire:

Just as you're going to fail at subjugating Otherworld. Even if I didn't care about it, the last thing we need is Otherworld-powered vampires stalking London.

No, girl, the last thing you need is to be on my bad side. However, you seem determined to remain there. Once Otherworld is in my power, you will find yourself subjected to far worse than Hela's explorations.

Tony Stark:

That's good news for sure. Now all we have to do is make sure we've gotten rid of Dracula. Even if he's not eating fairies, he's still eating Londoners.

Tony Stark:

Maria Hill:

MI:13 cleared it?

Spitfire:

They did. But I would have done it either way. Bureaucrats only exist to say yes to what I already wanted.

Tony Stark:
