You can play it forever, you need to know a lot of coding (specially FLASH), then you download all the game's content and rebuilt the game in a new off-line version. After that, you can go to the FanFic wikia and add some new exclusive content, including Sanic the Retchrog and Ponies.
Ok, seriously now, if you want Marvel games, there are good ones out there. But if the ending of MAA was really that bad for you, you should stay away from online games. Choose a "finished" game (that often means an offline game, one that you must pay to play and have all its content).
Damn, @Cyrus, for a moment I believed you about playing it forever, I mean, I´d love to play it even on PVE mode for the rest of the time. Would like, all serious, to know a way to play it on my PC or online, watever, no matter there´s no new content :(
Tag me whoever knows how to do it :P

Do games even "end" anymore?
With DLC if a game shows success, devs can let you play it indefinitely.
Remember Diablo III? Players lost their shiznit when the game ended and Blizzard had to come up with the same Loot Hunt crap as in any other MMO to calm these dewds down.
Ridiculous.
If you guys like beat'em ups, search for "Marvel First Alliance".
A free fan game, made by a buddy of mine (I helped with some sweet custom sprites for Black Panther).
It's getting an update soon with Guardians of the Galaxy.
Sounds cool @Cyrus, is it kinda like M:AA? BTW, which platform is it for? I can´t look for it at the moment lol

I'm a great fan of beat'em ups. Looking forward to that game. I'll be playing it soon.
I´ve found is like old beat´em ups games, first I was curious, now you got my attention lol Hope is downloadable and F2P.
It's a game like Final Fight and Streets of Rage, in 16bit (SNES/Genesis) style. It's for PC and is free (once it's made by fans). Here's a link: http://www.zvitor.com.br/projeto/mfa2.html
Definitely reminds me of Streets of Rage. And that looks very well made for a fan game!

Just let flash die already. Use anything but that.
