July 1, 2015 Patch Notes[]

Vision Refactor

  • The following modifications have been made to Vision
    • Infiltrator Interface is now Melee Interface
    • Blaster Interface is now Range Interface
    • Physical Disruption no longer has Phased Advantage
    • Physical Disruption now applies Phased to Vision
    • Intangible Fist no longer applies Phased
    • Intangible Fist now applies Downgrade to the enemy
    • Intangible Fist gains Phased Disruption
    • Microwave Pulse no longer has a description but now has the Phased Disruption Special Property

Bugs and Balance Fixes

  • The following modifications have been made to Phased
    • Phased effects have had the following changes
    • Phased Advantage has been revised to the following:
      • Deals extra damage while affected by a Phased effect
      • Damage ignores enemy's Defense stat
      • Attacks penetrate Shield statuses
    • New Special Property - Phased Disruption
      • Does not remove or gain the benefits of Astral Form, Ethereal, Intangible, or Phased
    • Phased has been revised to the following
      • Phased is now a Heroic Buff
      • Avoids all attacks except Psychic attacks
      • Takes less damage and chance to avoid Magic attacks
      • Next attack deals more damage
      • Removed after performing an attack
      • Cannot protect while Phased

  • Intangible Fist now does a new animation
  • Fixed a bug where Vision’s AI would have him recharge while Phased and Microwave Pulse was on cooldown
